Administrative Assistant
South East Aviation Services S.r.l. (SEAS), is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant with a passion for the aeronautical industry. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a general understanding of the aeronautical sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, preparing reports, and assisting our COO with various tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and write clear, concise reports related to our projects and activities.
- Manage office tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to create documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Assist in managing logistics and documentation for work-related travel.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong report-writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of the aeronautical industry, including terminology and key concepts.
- Willingness to travel for work-related tasks as needed.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
